Join Sun Country Airlines, We are seeking positive, flexible, and safety-focused individuals for our 'entry level' Flight Attendant positions. 'No experience' is necessary; we provide comprehensive paid training. About Sun Country: We're a unique hybrid airline, flying scheduled passenger service, charter flights for VIPs and sports teams, and cargo for Amazon. This diverse operation means 'no two days are the same.' Our culture is built on teamwork, affordability, and providing a best-in-class guest experience. Your Role as a Flight Attendant: Your primary mission is safety. You will also provide genuine and attentive 'passenger assistance' and hospitality. This is a role for a problem-solver who can show 'compassion' and manage in-flight challenges with a calm, professional demeanor. You will be a key part of our 'team collaboration' with pilots, ground staff, and fellow crew. Your Day-to-Day: This is not a 9-to-5 job. This 'entry level' role requires 100% flexibility for a 24/7/365 operation. You will be scheduled for 'day shift' departures, overnight 'night shift' flights, and full 'weekend' schedules. You will also be assigned 'on-call support' (reserve) shifts, requiring you to be ready to fly at a moment's notice, especially during holidays and peak travel seasons. Training & Onboarding: We provide 4 weeks of paid training in Minneapolis. You will learn everything from FAA safety regulations and emergency procedures to our specific in-flight service and 'service recovery' techniques. Career & Compensation: Sun Country offers a competitive wage, with an estimated annual base from $38,000 to $60,000 (based on flight hours).
