Job Summary
As a Spirit Flight Attendant, you are a "Free Spirit"—an energetic advocate for both safety and revenue. Because our base fares cover only transportation, the onboard experience is entirely customized through our retail offerings. You will be actively working the aisle, aggressively marketing and selling our onboard menu, while maintaining absolute vigilance over FAA safety standards. This role requires charisma, hustle, and an infectious positive attitude.
Key Responsibilities
- High-Volume Retail Sales: Actively pitch and sell food, premium beverages, and comfort items. You are an inflight salesperson, directly driving revenue and maximizing your own commission checks.
- Safety Enforcement: Strictly enforce cabin safety rules. Due to our high-density seating configurations, you must be assertive in managing carry-on baggage compliance and crowd control during boarding.
- Vibrant Hospitality: Create a fun, vacation-ready atmosphere. Utilize your personality over the public address system to entertain passengers and create memorable moments.
- De-escalation Experts: Handle passenger frustrations regarding the unbundled fare model with patience, utilizing expert conflict-resolution skills to keep the cabin calm and happy.
