Job Summary

As an In-Flight Specialist, you are the steward of the Frontier brand. You will manage the safety of the cabin while driving our unbundled service model. Because our tickets cover just the seat, you are responsible for selling the experience—from premium beverages to onboard bundles. You will also execute our industry-leading onboard recycling programs, ensuring we maintain our commitment to the environment on every single flight.

Key Responsibilities

  • Eco-Friendly Operations: Lead the cabin in executing our rigorous onboard recycling and waste-reduction initiatives, actively minimizing the environmental footprint of every flight.
  • Safety Leadership: Perform all required safety checks, passenger briefings, and emergency procedures in strict accordance with FAA regulations.
  • Revenue Generation: Utilize mobile point-of-sale technology to aggressively market and sell onboard food, beverages, and comfort items, directly impacting company revenue and earning personal sales commissions.
  • Efficient Turnarounds: Execute cross-seatbelt procedures and cabin tidying during rapid gate turnarounds to maximize aircraft utilization.
